BETATerms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using Omnia's consumer shopping experience, including search, chat, saved products, and image upload features.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Omnia, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any additional policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Omnia is
Omnia is a fashion discovery platform that helps users search, browse, and compare products across stores. We may use automated and AI-assisted tools to help generate search results and product recommendations.
Omnia is currently a consumer product. It does not itself manufacture, stock, ship, or sell the products shown in search results unless we clearly say otherwise.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally able to use the service in your location.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your use of the service
- Use Omnia only for lawful, personal, and non-abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the service, scrape it, or reverse engineer it.
- Do not upload malicious code, spam, or content that violates law or third-party rights.
- Do not use the service to mislead, impersonate, or harass others.
5. Search, chat, and image input
You may submit text, images, and other content to help Omnia find products for you. You are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure you have the right to share it.
Search and chat outputs are generated or assisted by automated systems and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You should verify price, stock, size, fit, shipping, returns, and retailer policies directly with the seller before purchasing.
6. Third-party stores and purchases
When Omnia shows products from third-party stores, those stores are responsible for their own product listings, availability, pricing, checkout, shipping, returns, warranties, and customer service.
Any purchase you make from a third-party store is between you and that store, subject to that store's terms and policies. Omnia is not responsible for third-party transactions unless required by applicable law.
7. Saved products and account content
If you save products, chats, or other content, we may store that information to make the service work for you across sessions and signed-in devices. We may remove content that violates these terms or that we no longer support.
8. Feedback
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ratings, you give us a perpetual right to use that feedback without compensation to improve the service.
9. Intellectual property
Omnia, its designs, branding, software, and content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or by us in writing.
10. Beta and availability
Omnia may be offered as a beta or early-access product. Features may change, be added, be removed, or stop working without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that search results, recommendations, or product descriptions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnia and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or from third-party store interactions.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the platform or other users, or if we discontinue the service.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Omnia after an update means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms should be finalized to match the jurisdiction where the operating company is registered. If you have not selected that jurisdiction yet, this section is a required legal placeholder and should be reviewed by counsel before publication.
