Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Omnia collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with its consumer-facing app and related support pages.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to individuals who use Omnia as shoppers and to individuals who contact us through our support channels. Omnia is not currently operating a merchant portal under this policy.

Omnia is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information, including your name, email address, and sign-in details, when you create or access an account.
  • Technical and device-related information, including IP address and service usage information, needed to operate the app and determine the appropriate region for service.
  • Search requests, chat content, and other inputs you choose to submit through the app.
  • Saved products, chat history, and user feedback associated with your account or session.
  • Support requests and related communications you send to us.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Omnia service.
  • To authenticate users and make account features available.
  • To deliver search results, chat responses, saved products, and chat history.
  • To review feedback and improve search quality, product results, and service performance.
  • To provide customer support and respond to user inquiries.
  • To monitor, troubleshoot, secure, and maintain the service.

4. Guest use

If you use Omnia without signing in, we do not create a persistent personal account profile for you. We may, however, use limited temporary session information and device-side storage to support region selection, session continuity, and app functionality during your use of the service.

5. Signed-in accounts

If you sign in, we store account information and account-related content so that your profile, saved products, and chat history can be made available to you within the app. We also use account and session information to support continuity across visits.

6. Feedback and improvement

If you submit feedback on a result, we may review that feedback internally to evaluate search quality, identify issues, and improve the service.

7. Images

If you upload an image to search for products, the image is used to process your request. Uploaded images are not maintained by us as a permanent user record.

8. Location and region

We may use your IP address to estimate your region so that Omnia can provide results relevant to the region it serves. Omnia does not use GPS location tracking.

9. Device-side storage

Omnia may use browser or device-side storage to preserve region preferences, session continuity, user interface state, and other information necessary to keep the app stable and usable.

10. Service providers

We may use third-party service providers to support account authentication, technical operations, request handling, security, and service performance.

11. Storage and retention

  • Support communications may be retained to respond to and resolve user issues.
  • Chat history and saved products may be retained for signed-in users so those features remain available in the app.
  • Temporary session memory may be used to support conversation context and app functionality.
  • Technical logs may be retained for troubleshooting, monitoring, security, and performance analysis.
  • When an account is deleted, data associated with that account is deleted in accordance with our deletion processes.

Omnia does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to active account data, except where deletion is requested, required for operational reasons, or required by law.

12. Future features

If Omnia later enables push notifications or email updates, those channels may be used to send shopping-related alerts, service updates, or other communications permitted by law or based on user settings.

13. Your choices

  • You may delete your account through your account settings.
  • You may stop using guest access at any time by closing the app.
  • You may contact us if you need assistance with access, deletion, or support.
